Race 1/2 elf +1 Str&Con, +2 cha

Str 14(15) int 10, wis 12, dex 8, Con 13(14), Cha 15(17). Urban bounty hunter
Skills persuasion, intimidation, deception
Athletics, (Perception, acrobatics/optional.
However perception is used a lot and with low dexterity -1 getting the acrobatics makes it now +1 and better higher your level. Which can help a lot. But these are optional for your flavor. Maybe you want religion etc.
*Start Paladin vengeance lvl 1 chain armor and sword board for now
*Warlock hexblade 1-3 Lvl 1-2 you still need sword board. At lvl 3 Blade pact. (You can create great weapon and use it with hex charisma stats) go great sword
*Paladin 2-6. Level 4 get elven accuracy +1 charisma (18). Lvl 5 2 attacks lvl 6 party saves charisma
*Warlock 4-14 lvl 4 asi +2 charisma (20) lvl 6 specter ally lvl 8 asi great weapon mastery
Lvl 10 armor hex 50% enemy misses you.

By now or earlier you bought or found plate armor AC 18

Reasons.
Paladin 6 warlock 14 give
Cons. From not going 8 paladin or 10 paladin you lose 1 extra ASI, lose lvl 7 vengeance opportunity attack movement. Aura of courage blah!!!
warlock 12 is same as 14 for invocation slot 5 lvl, 3 spell slots and loses only 1 spell known 11 over 12.
Now the biggest downside not going 14 warlock is you lose warlock 1 lvl 7 spell and move your hex curse from a dead body to another.
So your choice is. Extra ASI (5) and move on opportunity attack or lose an asi (4) and get 1 lvl 7 spell and move your hex curse around.

SMITE away that’s 3 smites by the way. Bonus action smite spell paladin, hit and add divine smite and eldritch smite (invocation)

I feel it's better to have 3rd paladin spells, and go 9/11 for IDS or the extra lock slot.

Level 11 warlock Lose 1 asi and 1 invocation in return paladin lvl 9 gain 1 hit point and 2 lvl 3 spells. Hmm the trade off is Lvl 3 can revivify or blinding smite or smite a lvl 3 spell
Or lvl 12 warlock gains an ASI up a stat by +2 such as con gives +20 hit points or gain another feat
