I'm playing an eclipse, from the city of seven sins book, and I'm having trouble with the bookkeeping involved with playing a veilweaver. So far, I wrote down quick notes for the veils I use the most and use glass beads to keep track of the essence invested, but I'm wondering if there are any better solutions out there to manage my powers.

Recently, I fell in love with the spell cards my friends bought for their 5e game. Are there any akashic/incarnum card templates out there that I could stick in a 9 card holder sheet?

Can you work with PSDs?

I made a rough template for a character I was playing in a campaign last year, but it didn't last long enough to bother with refining them into anything more usable. They need icons and art to really make them look good, and assets cribbed from the Book of Blue just don't cut it. (Was kind of miffed since the campaign also ended before I had much of a chance to finish ironing out my Incarnum homebrew class and melds. I had a Soulmeld adaptation of the Battledancing Slippers from DMG2 that never felt quite right.)

On notation, I adapted a shorthand I found from someone's attempt at a PF update of MoI where Essentia was written algebra style, like +2 per essentia was written +2E. This helped trim down descriptions a bit.

My husband had something set up in Excel but for the life of me I do not know what.
