Description
Some particularly clever goblins have realized that if writing steals the thoughts and souls of the practitioner, then by collecting the writings of other creatures, one might gain unimaginable power. These goblins walk the dreaded path of the literomancer.

Race: Goblin

Dreadful Manipulator
A literomancer must choose the Enchantment school and the Controller subschool

Literary Tempter
The DC of a literomancer’s spells of the Compulsion subschool are increased by half her wizard level (min 1) when used solely to force the target to write something down.
This replaces Scribe Scroll and the Dazing Touch Power of the Enchantment school

Book Burning
Rather than prepare spells from a spellbook, a literomancer gains daily spells as part of a 1 hour ritual where she throws written works into a fire. A literomancer has a limited number of known spells memorized that she can prepare from. She knows all 0-level wizard spells, plus a number of 1-level spells equal to 3 + her Intelligence modifier. At 2nd level, and each following level, she learns two more spells of any spell levels she can cast.
Additionally, as a swift action, a literomancer can cause the ink of a formula on a held magical scroll to combust. When she does so, she regains an expended spell she had cast of a level up to the level of the spell on the scroll.
Finally, by burning another wizard’s spellbook, a literomancer may freely learn one spell from the book burned.
This replaces Arcane Bond and Spellbook

Thought Thief
At 10th level, the literomancer gains the ability to steal another creature’s thoughts. As a standard action, she can attempt a melee touch attack. If successful, the target is affected as if by the spell Sequester Thoughts (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/s/sequester-thoughts/), except the target does not need to be willing, and may attempt a Will save to negate the effect (DC of 10 + 1/2 the literomancer’s level + her intelligence modifier). Instead of transferring to a gem, the memories are magically transcribed onto a parchment scroll or book in the target’s native language. If the writing is destroyed, the memories return to the creature, no matter the distance.
The Literomancer may have a maximum number of these memories sequestered equal to her intelligence modifier at any time.
This replaces the bonus feat gained at 10th level.

Interesting variant class.
Now I think you should indicate it gains spells on level up and starts with some spells or else it is not clear it have any spells other than the ones it gets from burning spellbooks.
the reason for that is that the starting spells and spells on level up are indicated on the spellbook class feature which is removed from this class.

Alright, I fixed the spell learning confusion.
Does literary tempter look too strong like this? (Was previously 1 + 1/4 level)
