Shouldn't Observant be for Perception & Insight?

hello all,
I am working on a character and I was wondering if I am off base but it looks like the Observant trait should be a bonus to Insight instead of Investigation? I didn't think there was a "passive investigation" check? Has this been errata'd or is it just a weird thing in the feat?

there is a passive score for every singly skill, perception is noted on your character sheet specifically because it is used to determine surprise during initiative. Your DM decides when the passive skills are used. It is intended to be Investigation, Observant makes you better at spotting hidden details or keeping track of minor movements.

It's not weird... It increases your Wis or Int. Regardless of where you put the stat boost, it also gives a bonus to a skill keying off of each of those attributes.
