[3.5] Equipping an Honorable Pirate captain

Hello all,

I am building a pirate captain. I am thinking either a Legendary Captain or Dread Pirate build. But, I can use some help coming up with equipment. I want the character to exude charisma. Around 50k gp for items.

Here is what I have so far:
Mithral Shirt (1100)
+1 longsword or rapier (2300-2400 range)
Cloak of Charisma (4000, 16000, or 36000)
Gloves of Dex? (4000, 16000, or 36000)
Mithral buckler (1000)
Wand of Benign Transposition (750)
Gauntlets of Heartfelt Blows (12k)

What other items might I consider?

The go-to suggestion for this concept is the Admiral's Bicorne from Stormwrack. It's 51,000 gp and grants a +2 morale bonus on attacks and saves for allies within reach of your voice--and it magnifies your voice to boot.

That's pretty much your whole budget right there, but definitely handy for those yardarm-to-yardarm battles.

While an awesome item, as you said, that eats up the entire budget. Let's say no individual item can be more than 25k gp. Any suggestions?

On the topic of pirate captains, there's this (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showsinglepost.php?p=23359507&postcount=21) build, which may have some things you can use. Not much in the way of equipment, though.
