Swiftblade -spell like ability

Can the swiftblade abilities be activated with a spell like ability that you used instead of the actual spell?

When the class ability requires that you are "under the effect of a*haste*spell that you cast yourself", a SLA should work.

I'd rule that you cannot quicken haste if it's a SLA, but that would be a easy adaptation. It would fly at my table, no discussion.

The big question is, how will you qualify for the PrC?
