It has a central body with 6 limbs coming off it, and a porcelien mask for a head. (Think Bleach's Hollows). It can stand up on it's hind legs, and attacks upright.
It prefers to attack from behind, and avoids all brightly-lit areas. It may encounter the PCs in a underground dungeon, or be used as an assasination tool for a NPC the PCs are escorting.
