So im looking at making a two weapon fighting stalker vigialnte from path of war.

I'm kind of confused what the point of the "Thrashing Dragon Style" (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/alternative-rule-systems/path-of-war/feats/thrashing-dragon-style-combat-style/) feat is. It reads "Once per round, when you make an attack as a standard action or attack action, you can make an additional attack with another weapon as a free action. This attack is made at your highest base attack bonus, although you take the penalties for fighting with two weapons as normal."

Don't you already get an extra attack with your off hand when TWF (From combat rules "If you wield a second weapon in your off hand, you can get one extra attack per round with that weapon.")?

Would this mean I could get three attacks?

Getting more than one attack in a round at all requires a full attack (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/Gamemastering/Combat/#TOC-Full-Attack). With Thrashing Dragon Style, you can take a standard action to make two attacks, or take a full-round action to full attack and get an additional attack without having to take the two weapon fighting penalties.

ah okay thank you, that makes sense. So, in RAW, is it just really difficult to go TWF?

Yep. Normally making extra attacks, whether by iterative, Haste/Speed, or natural attack, requires a full attack; this allows you to use it as a standard attack action (and puts you on the way to getting your extra attack with non-Thrashing Dragon strikes).
