So would you let a Halfling Monk (Scaled Fist (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/monk/archetypes/paizo-monk-archetypes/scaled-fist-monk-archetype))/Psychic Warrior (Meditant (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/alternative-rule-systems/psionics-unleashed/classes/psychic-warrior/archetypes/dreamscarred-press/meditant/)) get his Dex, Wis and Cha bonus to his Armor Class?

The current party went with this idea combined with one level of sorcerer for the spells Mage Armor and Shield and now have a ridiculously high AC

Race: Halfling

Classes: Sorcerer/Monk/Psychic Warrior/Paladin Level: 1/1/1/2

Stats
-4 STR 5
10 DEX 18
0 CON 10
-1 INT 9
10 WIS 16
10 CHA 18

Feats: Dodge, Weapon Finesse and Deadly Agility (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/alternative-rule-systems/path-of-war/feats/deadly-agility-combat/)

I dont see why not. Being hard to hit isnt a useful party role on its own.

Low str may be a bad idea since encumbrance can screw over a monk's ac bonus. Also heavily gear dependant to which weight can add up to be quite a bit.

I'd generally allow it; depending on game optimization level. For some lower op games, I'd find it unacceptable.
It'd also depend on what they can do offensively

Thanks for the input, I had similar thoughts, I just wanted someone else to say it was cool

The players are really enjoying having the monsters miss them more than hit them, so cool enough if they are all having fun.
They all took different bloodlines (Celestial, Aberrant, Sylvan, Impossible) for their level of sorcerer and now that they are level 7 they all went different directions.
One stayed with Paladin (Virtuous Bravo), one went with Brawler (Snakebite Striker) and the Accomplished Sneak Attacker feat,
one went up as a Sorcerer and took Craft Wondrous Item.
The last player went with Druid (Wolf Shaman) and the Boon Companion feat
