Happened upon this while perusing another thread "Advancing Zombies"
A wizard variant class that is automatically necromancy specialized.
At 5th level you get to trap souls in gems and can use either: one of their skills; or, languages; or, ask a yes/no question once per day. The soul is trapped for class level days.
At 15th level you can force the soul into an undead and the undead gets the souls former: skill ranks, bab, feats, proficiencies, and mental scores. You do not gain control of the undead unless you already had control
Best ways to make use of this? Granting intelligence to all your non intelligent zomboys
