Magical Locations handbook?

Is there a handbook for magical locations?

I stumbled upon node casting by accident today, and am intrigued. Combined with Acorn of Far Travel, sanctum spell, and other abilities it seems like a viable way to build a character. Just was wondering if anything like it existed already, or if someone would be willing to collaborate information into one.

I guess your scope is somewhat broader; using these posts as a starting point for a new handbook could be sensible.
