I'm looking for a way to get access to the total sorcerer/wizard spell list as a cleric. I know that this can be done with the spell Miracle, but this is cumbersome and very high level. The best way I know is to take the Spell Domain, which grants Anyspell and Greater Anyspell as well as Limited Wish, but even these either come with level adjustment for spells they replicate or cost xp. Is there a better, easier way? A prestige class that allows this, perhaps, as the Rainbow Servant allows wizards access to the cleric list?

There's ways to get bits and pieces of the Sor/Wiz spell list (Divine Magician etc.) as a Cleric, but no way for the whole thing AFAIK.

The arcane disciple cleric from Dragon #311 can pick one Sor/Wiz spell every level to add to their list.

As far as prestige classes, mystic theurge would probably be your best bet.

Domains open partial access to wizard spell list. Use sovereign speaker to get more domains and larger access. Spell domain grants access to the Anyspell spell.

If you could somehow qualify as arcane caster you could use spellstaff via UMD.

1. Pick the Transformation domain (Races of Eberron)
2. Cast Polymorph, PAO, or Shapechange
3. Pick as a form something like Hobgoblin Warcaster, Varrangoin Arcanist, Ursinal guardinal, or White Ethergaunt

If you're after a specific domain that contains normally arcane spells as divine you might find it useful to quaff a Domain Draught (Magic Item Compendium) rather than finding a new god that has them. These draughts (tell your Dm about them so they maybe offer them as alternatives to loot found in tombs! or have them in shops!) let you temporarily access that domain as if it were one your god would normally offer.

(I'm sure gods are ok with you ignoring their domains and accessing someone else's portfolio for your god's cause, right?)

Though it's not utilizing your spell slots to prepare and cast wizard/sorcerer spells, the Magic Domain granted ability gives you an effective wizard/sorcerer level of 1/2 your cleric level (minimum +1) for the purpose of activating magic items from the wizard/sorcerer spell list. You could load up on scrolls, wands, staves, etc. of wizard/sorcerer spells you like most and use them without UMD checks.

The Initiate of Mystra feat allows you to cast Anyspell and Greater Anyspell as normal spells, rather than just once a day each as domain spells. Several Prestige classes give bonus domains, notably Contemplative which gives any two of your choice.

With early-entry tricks and a way to get evasion without losing caster levels, Bard 1/Cleric 1/Wizard 1/Mystic Theurge 6/Druid 1/Fochlucan Lyrist 10 could get you 9th-level Wizard and Cleric spells at level 20.

If you can get three domains (Cloistered Cleric for instance), sacrifice one for the Divine Magician ACF; then take Spell domain for (Greater) Anyspell, and Magic domain for access to wands and scrolls.

If you can get UMD on your list (Apprentice - Spellcaster feat works), you can UMD staves and the like. Staves let you use your own CL and ability modifiers.

It's not ALL Sor/Wiz spell access, but it's a decent facsimile.
