An unarmed striker who fights with panache!

Magnificent Fisticuffs
A daring pugilist gains Improved Unarmed Strike as a bonus feat at 1st level, and her unarmed strikes deal damage as a monk of her swashbuckler level - 1. A daring pugilist restores panache by landing a killing blow or critical hit with her unarmed strikes rather than with light or one-handed piercing weapons. All swashbuckler class features that refer to light or one-handed piercing weapons apply instead to the daring pugilist’s unarmed strikes.
This alters Panache and replaces Swashbuckler Weapon Training.

Deeds
A daring pugilist gains the following deeds, which each replace an existing deed.

Pugilist’s Style
At 3rd level, a daring pugilist learns one style strike, as an Unchained Monk. As long as he has at least 1 point of panache, he can spend a swift action to designate any unarmed strike he attempts as a style strike. Any style strike that refers to the user’s fast movement bonus instead uses the fast-movement bonus a monk of the daring pugilist’s level would receive.
At 7th level, and every four following levels, the daring pugilist learns another style strike. This deed replaces the menacing swordplay, superior feint, subtle blade, dizzying defense, and deadly stab deeds.

Magnificent Maneuvers
At 3rd level, as long as he has at least 1 panache point, the daring pugilist gains a +1 bonus on all combat maneuver checks. This bonus increases by +1 for every four swashbuckler levels. As a swift action, a daring pugilist can spend 1 panache point to double this bonus on the next combat maneuver he makes this turn. This deed replaces precise strike.

Ready for Action
At 3rd level, as long as he has at least 1 point of panache, a daring pugilist gains a +2 bonus on initiative rolls, and can make attacks of opportunity while flat-footed. This deed replaces swashbuckler’s initiative.

Devastating Blows
At 11th level, as long as the daring pugilist has at least 1 Panache point, his unarmed strikes have a base critical threat range of 19-20. Additionally, whenever he scores a critical hit with his unarmed strikes, he can pay 1 Panache as a free action to increase the damage multiplier to x3 for that attack. This deed replaces bleeding wounds.

Pugilist’s Flurry
A daring pugilist gains the benefits of two-weapon fighting with his unarmed strikes. At 6th level, he gains the benefits of improved two-weapon fighting; and at 11th level, greater two-weapon fighting; with his unarmed strikes.
There is no such thing as an off-hand attack for a daring pugilist striking unarmed. He can apply his full strength bonus on damage rolls for all his unarmed strikes.
A daring pugilist may use his charisma modifier in place of his intelligence modified for the purpose of meeting feat prerequisites.
This replaces swashbuckler finesse

Brutal Pugilism
At 20th level, a daring pugilist’s unarmed strikes always deal maximum damage.
This replaces Swashbuckler Weapon Mastery

Short and simple, but I really like it. Really gives off a "Queensberry Rules" vibe, which is something you can't quite get with the Brawler class. I think all the abilities seem balanced, and the archetype really does all you'd want a "Swashbuckler + Monk" archetype to do.

It could be fun to add some sort of deed or ability to let you use a qinggong power maybe once per day or so (then one or two more times per day as you level up), spending panache instead of ki to use it. Something like "oh and by the way old chap here's a little trick I learned back East". Just an idea though. Otherwise, great job!
