Yeah, what does this table mean?
It starts at 0+1. I look down to Daevic Veilweaving, and it seems like it makes sense. Ah, you get 1 Passion veil at 1st, and 0 regular ones. It goes up to 1+1 at 2nd, when you get a regular veil. So far so clear.
Then at 4th it goes up to 2+1...this is the level you are meant to get another Passion veil, and then it evens out at 6 as you expect but there's no increase at 9...
I just want to see if I'm missing anything. Is this a case of a wonky table (in which case text trumps table etc.), or have I completely misinterpreted it and the "Veils" tab of the table stands for something else?
