So I saw some cool stuff that would be cool to incorporate, but there aren't your standard statistic blocks for some items. Anyone know of any errata from that OA book?

I did, but it was only for OA, not Bloodspeakers.

Bloodspeakers was sort of a grey area. It was neither a Wotc product nor one directly produced by AEG. I don't think any errata or update info was ever created.
