Warning
There can be lots of people adding things for others to share, and hopefully you (the reader) don't mind digging into the (possible) multiple pages of a thread to find things that are interesting.

As (originally) requested by Honest Tiefling

Original Thread, with good info:
Link (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?588950-Mephistopheles-Luckless-Nerd-or-Shonen-Rival-A-D-amp-D-RP-Essay)

This is a thread dedicated to finding and listing all the Named D&D Monsters (ex: not the MM "Archmage", but {Greyhawk} "Mordenkainen") with Deity-level beings listed separately.

Lots of related Information (and some changes) in:
Ancient Realms (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?591658-Ancient-Realms)
and
To the 9th (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?591202-To-the-9th-(Plots))

I tend to treat Deities as both separate and more powerful then Celestials (Even Solars), Demon Lords , Archdukes, Archfey, etc.

I tend to really count the "Elder Gods" different, not only due to the fact that they don't gain Power via Belief/worship, but their Goals are difficult to determine.

While powerful enough to keep all other Deities out of Sigil, The Lady of Pain is not a Deity. And does not grant power to Warlocks, etc.

So far, I have failed to really find much on the net.
And because I'm stuck on my phone, I don't have access to Older Edition books/PDFs.

Played and Portrayed correctly, all Intelligent Creatures (Fiends) can be dangerous.

Look at that, I really am famous.

There's ****loads of demons and devils as mentioned. DnD has been ridiculously obsessed with them for decades. Other than that,
-Celestial Hebdomad that nobody bothers to learn the individual names of
-The furry boybandguardinal lords under Talisid who're somehow even less interesting
-Queen Morwel and at least two consorts that get mentions
-A few baernaloths whose only distinctive member is Apomps
-General of Gehenna and holders of contested position of the Plaguedaemon to represent the 'loths
-Malcanthet and her old rivals that you can find out more about in the skeevier parts of nerdosphere
-A quartet of slaad lords whose canonicity is questionable
-Primus
have names worthy of notice in Planescape.

Also asuras had a commander with some old Abrahamic name that I don't remember in ADnD, but those are bit player mercs.

Vecna was a lich before being deified, does that count?

How about his vampire servant/betrayer Kas?

Maybe troll through some Ancient Artifacts? In 1st ed especially, they usually are associated with named folk, some of whom could count as monsters (some, like Otiluke, Tenser, Evard, etc., just would be human wizards instead). Case in point, Baba Yaga (of the famous Hut).

Great Dragon

@Particle_Man: I would have gone:
"The Lich Acererak, with his now Divine mentor, Vecna"

Kas qualifies, even though he's now also a (Lesser?) Deity.

Strahd counts. (Despite him being the D&D version of Dracula, except that he can't leave his "homeland")

Sure! Note that some names might seem suspiciously similar to those of Gary Gygax and his crew.

"The First Dwarven King"
Baba Yaga
Tzunk (Archmage-Priest)
Yagrax (writer of Codex of Infinite Planes)
Al'Akbar (LG High Priest)
Vecna (arch-lich in 1st ed)
Heward (a bard, perhaps?)
Arnd (high priest)
Tuerny the Merciless
Sultan Je'ef Peh'reen
Kuroth (master thief)
Cuthbert (a man, then a saint, then a god)
Baron Lum the Mad
General Leuk-O
Ye'Cind (bard?)
Queen Ehlissa (also Mordenkeinan, Xagy, Joramy the volcano goddess)
Wind Dukes of Aaqa
Gaxx (alien?)
Dahlver-Nar (most powerful cleric ever in history! Suck it, min-maxers, you lose!)
Kas
Orcus

And people named as ways of destroying artifacts:

Marion (who apparently had an artifact-destroying trench named after them)
Cerebus (actually spelt this way - was Gygax aware of Cerebus the Aardvark at the time?)
Talos a triple Iron Golem
Artur (buried in a Dolmen)
Bahamut
Tiamat
Geryon
Jubilex

Thanks.

Looks like most has been covered.

I'm kinda not able to really add much more, since I no longer have the Old Books and I'm stuck on my phone for searching.
Google is nice, but has lots of missing tidbits of really Unusual D&D (and other RPGs) information.

Please add anything you find, even (and especially) if not on the net, just please remember to include the Edition and (splat)Book for ease of finding ourselves.

I'll be occasionally dropping in (hopefully) useful Adventuring Plot Hooks in "To the 9th (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?591202-To-the-9th)" thread

I also just added my current Campaign Thread Ancient Realms (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?591658-Ancient-Realms) in World Building.

I was hoping to use this thread as mostly a way to give everyone ideas for Beings (Types, Names, Personality, History, etc) - I was trying for lots more non-Divine Creatures/Monsters - to use, by all means keep the Train rolling!

If I happen to find something (even from a fantasy "third party" source) I'll drop that in.

WEll, for starters, I don't see any 'loths on your list, so:

The General of Gehenna
Charon
Anthraxus
Mydianchlarus
Bubonix
Typhus
A'kin
Cholerix
Helekanalaith
Shemeshka the Marauder
Alcain Fem’at
Vilinathraxes

And Baernoloths:
Daru Ib Shamiq, the Lie Weaver
Harishek Ap Thulkesh, the Blind Clockmaker
Sarkithel Fek Parthis, the Chronicler
Koristal Il Palinthiin, the Proselytizer
Lazarius ibn Shartalan, the Architect
Methikus sar Telmuril, the Flesh Sculptor

I can't find the rest of them, but there should be 13.

And I just found out that one of my favourite online resources, Lomion, seems to be down.

@Eldan:
Awesome!

I find it both interesting and sad that Charon was made into a 'loth.

Since he was supposed to be the Greek Ferryman, where not even Hades really knew much about 'him'.

Edit:
Charon just never seemed to fit being a "General" for me either, since his Minions were more "willing servants" and not "sworn" Soldiers.

Thanks, Eldan!!

Eldan

Yugoloths

Faerun

Aulmpiter: A nycaloth, general of the Army of Darkness.

Bubonis: An ultroloth who rules a fortress called the Obsidian Tower. He is a rival of Inthracis, and he is directly behind him in the Yugoloth hierarchy.

Gaulguth: A nycaloth, berzerker warrior in the Army of Darkness.
(Why is this not a Demon? Changing to Bear Barbarian, and is Resistant to Psychic!!)

Inthracis: ultroloth necromancer who rules the city of Corpsehaven. He is directly behind Kexxon in the Yugoloth hierarchy.

Kexxon: Unknown species, though probably an ultroloth, Kexxon is somewhat like a combination of the Oinoloth and the General of Gehenna.
In Paul Kemps book Resurrection he is called "Archgeneral of the Blood Rift". He rules a fortress called the Steel Keep. He is the ruler of Yugoloths in Forgotten Realms.

Malimshaer: A Nycaloth, scout and stealth warrior in the Army of Darkness.

Nisviim: An Arcanaloth, chief assistant to Inthracis.

Unique Yugoloths

A'kin: An arcanaloth that runs a magical items shop in Sigil, known as the Friendly Fiend. He is dealer in everything from magical items to information.

Apomps: A grossly disfigured baernaloth which created the gehreleth (demodand) race and was then banished to Carceri for it.

Anthraxus: An altraloth and the former Oinoloth. Anthraxus was believed to have overthrown a previous unnamed Oinoloth.

Bubonix: The lord of the Tower of Incarnate Pain in Carceri. Bubonix is an Altraloth, though he was formerly an Arcanaloth.

Charon is a powerful altraloth, a lord of the yugoloths, reportedly transformed into a more powerful creature by the night hags of the Gray Waste. Charon's role is to provide travel on the River Styx, but he always charges a steep price and kills those who cannot or will not pay. Charon commands a legion of marraenoloths who provide the same service. Charon (The Boatman of the Lower Planes) first appeared in the daemon entry in the original Monster Manual II (1983).

Cholerix: The second in command of Bubonix. She serves Bubonix as long as the latter pays her exorbitant salary, which Bubonix seems more than happy to do.

Daerith: A nycaloth who tried to enter Nessus unannounced. Daerith was torn to pieces, though by the rules of the time, Daerith should have regenerated in the Grey Waste or Gehenna.

Daru Ib Shamiq: A baernaloth, responsible for granting the younger fiend races their innate teleportation abilities. Drau Ib Shamiq was responsible for corrupting the solar known as Maeldur Et Kavurik.

Diptherius: One time rival to Anthraxus for title of Oinoloth.

The General of Gehenna: The near-mythical ruler of the yugoloth race, rumored to be the first ultroloth. The General supposedly purged his race of law and chaos with the artifact known as the Heart of Darkness.

Harishek Ap Thulkesh: "The Blind Clockmaker", a baernaloth and a member of The Demented. Harishek lives in a demiplane known as The Clockwork gap.

Helekanalaith: Keeper of the Tower Arcane, an arcanoloth.

Inajira: An arcanoloth trapped in Ravenloft that played a major role in the Grand Conjunction.

Larsdana Ap Neut: the former Keeper of the Tower Arcane, an arcanoloth. Her fate is unknown.

M'trenz Ro: An ultroloth who pretends to be on the run from the rest of his kind.

Mydianchlarus: Mydianchlarus is the Oinoloth, ruler of the Wasting Tower of Khin-Oin on the Gray Waste of Hades. Anthraxus is still known as the Oinodaemon in the novel Artifact of Evil by Gary Gygax, in which he appears before the Hierarchs of the Horned Society just before their massacre by the forces of Iuz in 583 CY.[27] As an ultroloth, Mydianchlarus is a faceless humanoid with large eyes that resemble fire-opals. The archfiend has dark gray skin and his race is typically encountered wearing a flowing cape or cloak. He communicates via telepathy.

Shemeshka: An Arcanaloth who makes her living selling knowledge and misinformation in Sigil.

Taba: Master shapeshifter, this altraloth can take the form of any fiend she desires.

Typhus: Known as "The Idiot Savant. He commands the Infernal Front.

Xell: Commander of the brigade of darkness. He serves the General of Gehenna.

Xenghara: This altraloth is called the 'living incarnation of hopelessness'. He looks like a solar.

In his Gord (The Rogue) novels (City of Hawks, Come Endless Darkness, and Dance of Demons) included several yugoloths, although Gary Gygax called them "Daemons".

Brucilosu: An altraloth and member of the Diseased Ones, became the most powerful Diseased One after the Demogorgon-Verin battle.

Infestix: Original Oinoloth, and master of the diseased ones, a group of altraloths that included canonical yugoloths such as Anthraxus, Bubonix, Cholerix, Diptherius, and Typhus. Infestix and the Greyhawk god Nerull are described as the same being in the Come Endless Darkness novel by Dungeons & Dragons designer Gary Gygax.

Krung: Presumably an altraloth, Krung is mentioned to be "one of the 33 able to move out of the nether pits".

Poxpanus: An altraloth servant of Infestix. He is believed to be Infestix's brother.

Pneumonis: An altraloth and member of the Diseased Ones.

Reachan: Poxpaunus's familiar and spawn. Reachan aids his master with rituals.

Rheumatus: An altraloth and member of the Diseased Ones.

Variolaz: An altraloth, former member of the diseased ones.

Virulex: Unknown species, either altraloth or ultroloth, a servant of Infestix. He has dead black eyes.

There are also two yugoloth species mentioned in Gord the Rogue.

Putrideamon: Heralds, of Infestix, with a rotting face and bronze armor.

Plagadeamon: Hulking fiends that serve as bodyguards to Infestix.

I'll be honest, I'm most likely not going to type in all Six pages of Deities from On Hollowed Ground.

IMO - having a Huge List of Deities isn't really useful, except as a reference;
Since once the DM has chosen those Deities they want for their Game World, it's not really needed.

The Cosmic Political Game is complicated enough with just the major Players from the Eight Alignment Planes involved. Remember - True Neutral doesn't care enough to get involved in anything less then Cosmic Balance Altering Events.

Maybe I'll use some of the lesser known ones as Warlock Patrons, since they might not being powerful enough to be Deities, yet.

Malcanthet is the current holder of the title of Succubus Queen; other demon lords aspiring to the position include Lady Lynkhab, the currently imprisoned Shami-Amourae, and the exiled Xinivrae.

I'm still hoping this thread doesn't die.....
