Mass Effect Conversion: What does everyone think?

Just discovered a surprisingly well developed Mass Effect conversion for 5e. Haven't gone through it with a fine tooth comb yet, but I'm impressed by the presentation.

Anyone else looked through it? What do you think?

Rather unbalanced, for example Volus have the Lucky feat as a racial ability.

I think Starfinder would do this way better. Have you tried it? It's a lot of fun, mechanically and thematically!

The races seem to be thematic and not balanced. I would say from my cursory reading that it is generally good for more RP focused games but will suffer greatly at the hands on powergamers, unless of course the entire party is and which point it should still be okay.
