Spells with only somatic components?

So, based on my DM'ing, I have officially earned enough ACP in Adventurer's League to build a level 7 character. I've had my eye on building a Paladin/Sorcerer for a while with the plan being to basically be entirely anti-magic; load up on stuff like Silence, Counterspell, and the like. As such, given how much I anticipate casting stuff like Silence, I was wondering what recommendations people have for Somatic only spells? Someone recently recommended Hypnotic Pattern and I know that Counterspell is a somatic only component.... but what other recommendations do people have?

There are very few spells that are Somatic only, or Somatic/Material, of those the only I would consider Relevant for your build is Absorb Elements

I remember using this list from when I built a Mute Blackguard NPC, and also when I slapped the Skeleton Racial Stats on an Archmage NPC for a discount lich.

It really makes the metamagic Subtle Spell a more mandatory thing.
