Nothing special. The overlapping area is affected as if by a single reverse gravity effect. Note that the spell doesn't allow for two reverse gravity spells that are in the same general gravity field to "face" in different directions from each other.

Highest CL effect works. In case they match, I believe the first one takes precedence.

That's true for all spells except Perinarch I think.
