I have made a character capable of hitting well over mach 6000 and want to use this ludicrous speed to deal damage.

if you look at the "colliding with a creature section" one can convert their speed into the equivalent of falling damage upon their opponent. http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/rg/20040706a

Now this applies the normal falling rules on a creature, so i want to be real heavy, since the falling damage, which is capped at 20d6, is stuck there, however if I were to weigh say... 25 tons that weight damage would be added on as per falling object rules. So speed combined with weight essentially turns me into a pain-train Leeroy Jenkins-level meme man. I want to run people down. Help me be HEAVY and capable of moving with that weight on me. (this weight can be from magic, magic items, body weight, etc.)

There's a build out there who does this. I believe it starts out being a warforged with deformity obese. I'll dig around for a link and get back to you

Does an Awakened Animated Object statue made of the densest possible nonmagical material count?

Could at least Greater Humanoid Essence it to make a Humanoid then True Mind Switch with it.

There is a planar touchstone site with a higher order ability that turns you into metal, quintupling your weight. Add onto deformity obese and natural heavyweight feats and you got yourself a dense character.

Dragonborn anthropomorphic whale seems like a good place to start

Haagenti’s sign increases your weight by 1.5x. You can bind her with either a 1 level dip and a feat or two feats.

That's osmium. That's one way to go about it.

Somewhere on the forum there's a sumo/dragoon build which bellyflops people to death from the sky

Sinfire_Titan's 4500 lbs of stupid (https://web.archive.org/web/20100602203446/http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75882/19863510/4500_lbs._of_Stupid?pg=1) build.

You'll also want to take a look at Jormengand's Ridiculous Character Concepts 2: Slam Dunk! (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?402795-Ridiculous-Character-Concepts-2-Slam-Dunk!) contest, which was all about abusing falling damage.
