Are there any CL boosters unique to magazine or web content?

Preferably ones that work regardless of race/class choices?

There is the Brilliant Jewel from Dragon 356. Pricey at 24500 gp, but it gives a +1 luck bonus to saves to the wearer, and when charged with a spell or spell like ability, it grants a +2 caster level to all spells/SLAs of the same school for rounds/spell-level for all in the illumination radius. Can be quite handy on an invocation user.
