No ASI/Feats?

So, I'm sure this is answered somewhere, but, let us say I make a character who is

Druid 3/Cleric 3/Bard 3/Sorcerer 3/Warlock 3/Paladin 3/Ranger 2.

By my reading, I would be 20th level, and never gotten an ASI or Feat, right?

Yes. In D&D 5th edition, Ability Score Increases are basically class features, and you can only get Feats by forgoing them.

But, if you made them a VHuman, something I would doubt you would be able to do given such an all-over-the-place multiclass setup, you would have one Feat.
