What is your view on diseased weapons? I would like to boost an ancient dart trap that I have for my next session, but it is unlikely that poison would be potent for over a millennium. This is why I was thinking about putting PF's tetanus (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/afflictions/diseases/diseases-paizo-inc/tetanus/) or filth fever on each dart and increase the CR by one. What do you think?

I am sure y mean weapons with Disease effects. Otherwise I am now picturing a Dagger with STD or a Maul with Cancer or....^^
Generally: There are reasons traps use poison. Its that it will hamper/harm the one who stumbles into them quickly, without risking pandemics.
You dont need to logically explain why the poison stayed (MAGIC!^^) valid, while you ****ing over" your players with diseases and your campaign with eventual outbreaks poses a problem.
Take your pick.
