Cleric cantrip Resistance - though it increases your save rather than the DC.

Arcane trickster - Magical Ambush - disadvantage on saves from spells cast by trickster when hidden from targets. Great for hypnotic pattern etc ... though it will also get pretty nasty with my newly acquired Staff of the Magi on an Arcane Trickster/Warlock multiclass.

Would you allow two players to cast a wisdom-save spell at the exact same time (ready action) in order to overwhelm the opponent, giving him a disadvantage to saves against the second spell?
It's not efficient, uses resources and takes some tactical thinking, which is basically the formula for gaining advantage.

The Bestow Curse spell can be used to cause disadvantage on saving throws using one ability score for one minute (concentration required), if the target fails a Wisdom save.

Exhaustion gives disadvantage on saves at level 3.

Shadow Sorcs can summon a hound that causes disadvantage on saves versus the sorc's spells.

Robe of the archmagi increases them by 2.

Rod of the Pactkeeper increases them by 1/2/3 for warlock spells only.
