There three feat types have a lot of potential, but WotC never made them part of the SRD. Fair enough; their stuff, their choice to release it.
But the ideas are interesting enough that I wonder if any third party publishers released anything similar. If they did, *those* might be accessible under the SRD. Depends on the supplement, of course.
