Gods with problems

Most gods have at least 15-20 outsider HD, so how do you do the saves and BAB...?

do epic rules apply? do you gain multiple attacks from the outsider HD?

Of course epic rules apply! They have 40 levels beyond the 20 outsider HD. You figure the first twenty levels by whatever appears first in the HP section of the God's statblock. Then the rest are epic levels. As for how outsider HD work, check the MM.

Also remember: racial Hit Dice don't have the epic bonus limits that class hit dice do. A creature with 40 Outsider Hit Dice has a +40 BAB from those HD, whereas a level 40 human fighter has a +20 BAB and +10 epic attack bonus.
