Swift Foot (Ex)
Benefit: The barbarian gains a 5-foot enhancement bonus to her speed. This increase is always active while the barbarian is raging.

Special: A barbarian can select this rage power up to three times. Its effects stack.

Does this amplify all speeds or just land speed?

It doesn't specify any specific speed so logically it should apply to all speeds. The name is not rules text (though it may be informative of the intent of it applying to ground movement speed) so there's nothing to suggest otherwise.
