Arrow-bolt unifications

Is there any magic item or weapon enhancement that allows to shoot arrows from crossbows or bolts from bows? I know it sounds absurdly, but D&d is about magic, so why not? Magic boots fits a gnome and a troll equally well by RAW.

Party feeding on different ammo feels always inconvenient carrying double supply of ammunition. There is also specific arrows like Raptor Arrow that have no bolt counterpart. So it is natural to search some means of unification.

raw, not really. this is an example of an acceptable handwave by a gm (honestly, who even keeps track of nonmagical arrows/bolts?) and as far as special arrows they forgot to list a crossbow equivalent for (e.g. blunt arrows, serpentstongue arrows) you an just say they also exist as bolts

if your gm gives you grief about this, you could always apply morphing to your weapon. bows and crossbows confer any magical powers on their ammo, so you can always turn bolts into arrows or vica versa.
