Question 1: when you finish paying the xp for the ritual the character gets an "ECL jump" ( immediate advancement of several levels )?
Question 2: in your opinion can the ritual be used to gain a template instead of a race ( or a race with a template ), like a Monster of Legend minotaur, or an half fiend gnoll or a celestial elf?
