...does this even exist? I am aware of the ToH conversion for 3e, but I am curious if a RttToH also exists!

In PDF form or physical.

No, but many of the monsters have been converted. Most of them are in Libris Mortis. Demilich and Winter Wight are in the Epic Level Handbook. I know Dream Vestige is in LM, the bone weird is renamed to the boneyard, moilian zombies are now bleakborn.

Acererak himself is ~CR 28 by my reckoning, but that includes CR adjustments for Half-Fiend but you could make him a tiefling I suppose. He's described in 2e as a cambion. At least 21 caster levels, lich + demilich, and has epic spellcasting. I wrote up a Create Winterwight spell, I'll have to find it again.

It wouldn't be too hard to update, a lot of the work is already done. To really do it justice, though, it should really be an epic level adventure, and possibly making Acererak an Elder Evil on top of everything else, to represent the Dark Intrusion.

Yes, there was a freely available PDF 3.5 conversion of the classic 1E module available for download an the WotC website: Tomb of Horrors (Revised) (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/oa/20051031a)

I believe the download links are no longer operational, so you may have to purchase it: https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/169623/Tomb-of-Horrors-Revised-35

Never mind, misread the module name.

There is a fan made conversion here: http://www.enworld.org/forum/rpgdownloads.php?do=download&downloadid=37
