Is there any way to shoot grappling hook? With special crosbbow or with a special arrow. I'm searched some books for inventory but found nothing. Is that entirely homerule territory?

I think arms and equipment guide has one as well.

Rod of Ropes, Complete Scoundrel, I think, 4000gp. Rod that shoots a 300ft grapple hook, can bull rush nearby targets if you fire at them (ouch), and is the go-to for all things Batman or Spider-Man in regards to pully rope-firing sticks.

That is magic and cost too much. I had asked about mundane items.

Well... technically, shapesand is mundane. (Sandstorm p. 102.)

It should also be noted that, technically, antimatter rifles and power cells are also mundane items. (DMG p. 146.)

Pathfinder has "grappling arrows" that cost 1gp each, found in Ultimate Equipment or the PRD. You can buy an equivalent item for crossbows.

Crossbow, Grapple-Firing (Song and Silence): 70 gp, and 200 gp for 10 bolts; it's a Simple Weapon
