I am an 11th level wizard blue 1/2 orc wizard with freezing sphere twice a day. If it matters chaotic good. 20 intelligence

Under the I want to rescue people ploy.

I want to intimate not kill the orcs. Need them to the the ship.

I have prep rounds fly, greater invisibility.

Round 1 the freezing sphere will stop ship movement and not hurt if I target water.

Round 2 & 3 cast fear to dc 20 save to incapacitate all orc above deck. This gives me 1 more fourth 3 5ths.


What other spells should I have I anticipate 50 orcs.

How can you prep both fly and great invisibility? Those are both concentration, you can only have one going at a time.

I assume by "intimate" you instead mean "intimidate." What exactly do you want them to do? Surrender? Serve you? Leap overboard? Is the boat docked or at sea? Do you care?

If I may, I believe he has a 11th level wizard that specializes in cold spells that is a half-orc race and has a 20 intelligence.

He wants to incapacitate a large ship of orcs (about 50 of them). His current plan is to freeze the water to stop the ship, and then he wants to take possession of the ship with its crew with the smallest loss of life.

I'd recommend killing the leader as quickly as possible, even if that leaves the moving away from you. Try to intimidate the crew and if it fails, be ready to freeze the ship and fly away. You will want Shield ready if the crew of 50 orcs all shoot at you.
