Just a quick question, but are there any feats/subclasses/races/backgrounds published as part of official AL adventures? I'm more curious than anything else.

There's a race and spells in Elemental Evil, but most of them were later reprinted elsewhere (generally in Xanathar's Guide to Everything).

Curse of Strahd and Ghosts of Saltmarsh both add backgrounds.
