How do dragon cohorts/players progress? (when do they get feats etc.)
I know bonus HD don't give dragons their supernatural/extraordinary/spell-like abilities, but do they get extra breath weapon damage? What about increasing the save against their frightful presence if they already have it? Do the Bonus HD increase a Dragons size? their natural armor bonus? I'm very unsure what constitutes an "ability".
