looking for critical role quote

I'm looking for the sentence that Patrick Rothfuss said while he was playing a bard in critical role. From memory, he was trying to intimidate someone and said something along the lines: If you go ahead with what you are doing right now, you'll have to hire a lot of very skilled person (meaning there'll be a war)...

I was impress by it back in the days and want to integrate it to my game but can't find it.

Critical Role isn't even about a 3e game.

It gives episode titles for character. If you view those on youtube and use the captions option for subtitles you should be able to more quickly find that quote.
