Race: human or human with glowing eyes
Template: symbiotic (anything with leap attack) LA +1 (buy off at 3 if possible)
Stats: 13 dex, non-negative int mod
fighter 2/jaunter 4/something 1/uncanny trickster 3/ legacy champion 10
1st level feats: Able learner/education/dodge
2nd level: mobilty
if you cant use symbiotic get fighter 4 (no free levels) and take it as your bonus feat, drop legacy champion to 9 (loosing one daily use of your teleport ability)
if you dont care about able learner, you can either learn mobility @1 and drop a level of fighter for somthing else, or play as a non-human race
This build gets you 14 effective jaunter levels (4 base + 2 UT + 8 LC + 1 DEX) for a garunteed 15 daily uses of your teleport ability, more with a higher dex mod , equalling 7 plane shift uses daily. Not sure what good this does anyone but here it is.
