It doesn't add damage at all if that's what your asking.

I would think not, as wand of the war mage says it adds to spell attack rolls, and magic missile has a damage roll, but not an attack roll.

Because wand of the war mage only adds to spell attack rolls and saves, it doesn't interact with Magic Missile at all.
