Drawing a blank, need help finding a class

Guys, I swear I've seen somewhere before (that wasn't homebrew!) of an orc class that was somewhat similar to the Eye of Gruumsh class, except was tailored more to casters. I even remember flavor of how whenever a few would get together it would lead to great war marches.

Any thoughts?

It's not castery, but there's orc warlord in Races of Faerun, or maybe warchief from Miniatures Handbook? Both of them have flavor about, as you put it, great war marches.

The only "castery" class I can think of that's even vaguely orc-related is hexer in Masters of the Wild...

Again, not castery, but there's also Blessed of Gruumsh (Dragon Compendium).

Battle Howler of Gruumsh has casting progression, but is Bard specific.

While I don't think it's the PrC you're looking for, Fiend Binder (Dragon #292) required "Orc or half-orc", and gives 2/5 spell progression...
