Im looking for inspiration, and in search of 3.x / pf modules to steal ideas from than contain a lot of monsters with diseases or feature cultists of some kind of disease god / godess. Any help is apreciated. Thanks!

I didn’t know the Insurance Services Office made 3.5 adventures. Also, isn’t contamination excluded from most standard property/casualty policies? I guess “bodily injury” is usually defined to include disease... liability claims do tend to get tricky.

Conceptually there is an elder evil sign about slowly strengthening diseases but no actual module or path with it beyond the sign's progression.
