Behold! Amidst the smoke, the cracking of steel on stone rings like a bell. The black beast snorts, and the dark figure dismounts. From the acrid vapours, he steps forth: a man clad in a black suit and top hat, with an ivory cane and steampunk goggles.

This is The Conductor: A dastardly villain (inspired by The Cog Is Dead's BAD GUY parody - youtube.com/watch?v=uJvrUTtnmIM ) who's favourite pastimes include bank robbery, taking over the world, tying women to railroad tracks, and moustache twirling.

Out of place in a 2030s superhero-infested city? Perhaps. But he makes the most of it nonetheless.

So my question to you is this, dear reader: What kind of dastardly scheme would this one-dimensional madman devise?

I have wanted a villain called The Conductor for a long time.
He would be shrouded in mystery, largely based on the fact that conductor can mean so many very different things.

For the first sessions he will seem to be an electricity based villain, maybe destroying power plants with his amazing powers of conducting electricity.
Next he is a classical music enthusiast, bombing bad theaters and kidnapping great classical musicians. He is Conducting an army of minions as if they were his instruments.
It is only at the very end that it is revealed that The Conductor just really likes trains, and wants people in fancy dress, to take a ride on his steam powered train.
And thats it, he just likes trains...

This is definitely a very interesting way to introduce the character. Might use a fair chunk of this, thank you for taking the time to write it!
