Chaond and ??? are chaotic and lawful planetouched found in Monster Manual 2

Dragon Magazine has a few others scattered about, descendants from specific types of outsiders.

the faerun book has one for each of the elementals and i've seen ones for chaotic and lawful outsider bloodlines in one of the faerun splat books, can't remember which though.:smallredface:

Chaond (MM2) - Is to chaos as Aasimar is to good and Tiefling is to evil.
Zenythri (MM2) - Lawful
Mechanatrix (FF) - Descendant of Mechanus, not sure if is "planetouched" or not.
Shadowswyft (MoP) - Planetouched of Shadow.
Shyft (FF) - Ethereal touched.
Air, Earth, Fire and Water Genasi (PGF and RoF) - Guess.
