Cheesing the skills

Some skills have uses that require incredible bonus to surpass the DC. Most of them are for epic levels but i found nothing that prohibit one to do them at normal levels.
So here is the question how do one get a reliable +110 pre epic?
That should cover even the highest DC that the manual has to offer but some stop at "just" 80.

Symbiotic Creature (Savage Species) gives the host creature all the skill ranks of the guest as a racial bonus. That can get you up to +23 at ECL 2,
just from this (theoretically). Higher if the guest has more than 20 HD/levels.

If you're looking to break 3.5, Symbiotic Creature is one of the stronger cheeses on the cheese platter.

Inquisitor prestige class from Dragonlance has an add ranks in concentration to an int or did based skill ability. Throw that on a symbiotic critter.

Looking in particular at tumble, sleight of hand, spot, search, hide, disable device, bluff, diplomacy and appraise. Lot of skills and probably one can cheese one at a time rather than all of them togheter but the thread was about how to cheese just one.

There are the usual spells, like Guidance of the Avatar, Divine Insight, Improvisation. At CL 20 those can you +55 to a skill check. There's also Skillful Moment from Dragon #350, which lets you take 20 on a skill check as a standard action, and those incarnum spells which can give you boosts based on how much essentia you invest. Factotums can get some boosts, both from Cunning Knowledge and Brains Over Brawn. And lets not forget custom items, of which competence can get the highest pre-epic, but you could also get as many other kinds of bonuses as you can afford.

Also, a very different approach is to use minionmacy and aid another. I recommend boguns for adorableness, although making them got a lot harder to what was presumably an editing error in the 3.5 conversion.

Pre epic means what? Level 16?

Cunning Knowledge/level +16

That's 99+ on ALL dex/str skills @ level 16, or +87 on most other skills. That's without skill focus or aid another, or take 10
Facto can also UMD all those spells.

Probably already in some of those guide links, but Marshal adding Charisma to charisma skills (or whatever) is pretty handy too. Add one marshal level to your fiend of possession cohort for a "sword of skill".
