How this work?! Alot of transmutation spells

I’m cleric / bard with death knight template (MM2).

I was thinking, if i cast:

Visage of the Deity, Greater, i will became outsider?! I’ll lose all my undead traits?!
And if i cast infernal transformation before Visage? And scroll of draconic polymoprh?

Yes, all those spells specify that your type changes to that of your new form, so you'll lose your undead traits. If you have multiple such spells active at once, your type will be whatever the last spell you cast gave you.
