Question is in the topic.

Basically a destroyed item can be repaired and a construct repaired. If the construct reaches 0hp it is destroyed, and destroyed doesn't stop make whole, right ?

In Pathfinder, you want the Greater version. The language implies that Make Whole only works on damaged things, not destroyed things, but also doesn't outright say that. The Greater version can explicitly fix destroyed stuff.

Misremembered. Link (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/m/make-whole/). It's not clear for either. Both can explicitly do destroyed items (at half your caster level or less for the regular version, at your caster level for the Greater version), but don't actually specify explicitly one way or another for destroyed constructs. Which means it's up to the DM's interpretation of how magic-item-like a construct is.
