Masterwork Armor and Alternate Materials

When armor is made from an alternate substance (adamantine, mithril, etc.) and says "items made of x are considered to be masterwork", would they still have the ACP reduction if it isn't specifically mentioned in the statistics?

I believe so, yes. The ACP reduction is a bonus for being masterwork, not for being made of a special material, so I think those bonuses stack and are not included in the modifiers included in the description of the material.

Regardless of whether the above statement is correct or not, an additional -1 ACP would hardly, if at all, imbalance or damage actual gameplay.

I believe that the effects of mithril already include the masterwork effect on ACP, since the whole point of mithril is that it's lighter and easier to get around in.
