Err...you've given him too many feats. Experts have no bonus feat progression, so he's left with 4 from being 9th level, and 1 from being human, so that's 5.

Scratch that, I realised you were using Generic classes. Why they've doubled up with the nomenclature I have no idea.

Huh, interesting idea. The "swap Sneak Attack for Feat Progression" Rogue variant is probably a better choice for this guy, however.
