Description:
A Dobrahn is an Otter-Folk, they stand about 3ft to 3-1/2 feet tall with a 1 foot long tail. they usually weigh about 30-40 lbs when fully grown, they can weigh as little as 5 LB when born but can get as heavy as 100 lbs. their fur is short but thick allowing them to swim and move easilly. they have some claws allowing them to climb and protect themselves without weapons. They have very soft, insulated underfur, which is protected by an outer layer of long guard hairs. This traps a layer of air which keeps them dry, warm, and somewhat buoyant under water. their fur color can vary fom white to black and even different shades of brown or a mixture of the three.
Personality:
The Dobrahn are very jovial and easy going, they dont understand the concept of slander or racism. they often tell jokes that come across as mean spirited but its all in good fun in their eyes and become confused when a joke isnt recieved well. they are little tricksters as well, their small size makes them natural pranksters and find surprising people from behind to give them a little start. they dont see it as mean as they were raised in a place where it was common.
Society:
The Dobrahn as a society makes sweets. from mining their own salt to growing and cutting down their own sugarcane. its a city wide business that keeps everyone happy and healthy. they even send representatives to other towns and cities to sell their wares. as children grow older they are placed in a circilation where they learn the basics of each step in the process of making candies and sweets. afterward if they are uninterested in those and wish to go on adventures they are normally given to the church or to the guards to be trained in combat or divine magic. its very rare that a Dobrahn is taken as a wizard apprentice. there is usually only 2 wizards in a Dobrahn city, the master and the apprentice and its uncommon to have them leave the city unless one of the sellers is having issues and only if the wizard is requested.
Adventures:
Dobrahn adventures usually involve the church or the guard. Even then the guard only go a few days out of town and only to chase bandits or highlanders. the Wizard and the apprentice go on expeditions every once in a while to do research or to find old relics. the Clerics, Paladins, and Archivists all go on adventures to stop evil things or people from doing evil things. the only one to go on an "Adventure" are the ones that sell the sweets. and they usually just transfer to a town then build a life there.
Names:
Most Dobrahn are born with pet names. and given names when they reach maturity or join a church. the ones that join the church are given righteous names, while others who are adopted into the making of sweets normally get names that express the nature of their work. the only ones that get "Normal" names are the guards. most of the guards names are short so that while in battle they can be called simply and quickly.
Ages:
Dobrahn normally Age until about 64 years old before they die, they reach Maturity at about 8 years old and reach middle aged at 25 and old age at 50. gestation period for Dobrahn is about 4 months to 6 months.

Let me know what you think, i know the background of them being candymakers is a little odd but i figured that if an entire race can have a background of being good craftsmen (Dwarves) and an entire race can be known for having a connection with nature (elves) and an entire race can be good at tinkering and inventing (Gnomes) then why not a race of candymakers that go out into the world to spread the sweet delicious substance known as candy (And since in today's society candy is one of the biggest financial companies it would stand to reason that back then it could also grow in popularity if it was made properly)

please post your critiques down below but be respectful :)

It's adorable!
The ability score modifiers seem a bit much though.
This is Pathfinder, yeah?
