Cleric Bone Knight help

Since a streak of hilariously bad dice + heroic sacrifice involving a point blank activation of an instant fortress rendered my ranger quadruple dead (my ranger had 15 hp left, the baddie had 6, the tower dealt 54 damage), I need to make a new (level 7) character! Going with a cleric / bone knight, but I'm torn between:

Cleric 5 / Crusader 1 / bone knight 1
or
Cleric 4 / Ordained champion 2 / Bone knight 1

What do people think?

If you go crusader, might as well do Ruby Knight Vindicator? Ordained Champion 3 is pretty nice for that channel spell though.
