Hello!

I will be playing a BFC/Debuff Wizard in an undead heavy campaign. I am a Focused Specialist Wizard (Conjurer) with the banned schools of Evocation, Enchantment, and Illusion (this can change if needed). I am starting at level 5. I am looking for effective spells that will work on undead, and hopefully be Save-or-Lose or at least provide large inconveniences. Do you have any ideas for me?

Not all of these are available now but here are some suggestions:
Baleful Polymorph
Command Undead
Disrupt Undead
Entangle-via wand
Glitterdust
Grease
Melf's Acid Arrow
Protection from Evil
Slow
Summon Monster X-there could be a few good options in there.
Undead to Death
Web

Check out Arcane Disciple from Complete Divine, it will allow you to pick Pelor to get access to the Healing Domain and the Cure line of spells.

Web, Glitterdust, and Grease all work on undead, even mindless undead. Sleet Storm will always be amazing. Fog effects are a bit of a trump card against mindless undead, if they can't see any targets they often won't know to go looking for them unless being directly ordered to do so. Wall of Smoke can also accomplish this, even though they're immune to the nauseating effect.

Command Undead is a no-save, your-strongest-zombie-is-now-mine. Combine it with Chain Spell and you basically won't ever be facing mindless undead again.

Illusion (Figment) spells can fool undead, and mindless undead can't even choose to disbelieve it. Even if it's a prohibited school, get an Eternal Wand (MIC) of Silent Image and you can activate it even of the spell isn't on the Wizard spell list. Alternatively, get the domain power ACF at Wizard 5 for the Magic domain and use that to activate wands of spells from your prohibited schools.

At the higher levels, spells that physically restrain like Solid Fog, Black Tentacles, Bands of Steel, Transmute Rock to Mud, Freezing Fog, walls, etc. should be your go-to choices.
