Lion-O or Thor's weapon

Is there an enchantment in order to call a melee weapon to me, and I don't mean via teleportation but actually have it fly into my hand.

The relevant portion is to make it an Item Familiar (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/magic/itemFamiliars.htm), which automatically makes it an intelligent item. You can upgrade it yourself as though you have all the required item creation feats. Regarding upgrading it with new abilities, "A creator can add new magical abilities to a magic item with no restrictions (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/creatingMagicItems.htm#addingNewAbilities)." So via normal magic item creation methods, you can add as many intelligent item lesser/greater powers you want to it, and even a special purpose and dedicated power of your choosing.

The standard intelligent item greater powers (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/intelligentItems.htm) includes Detect Thoughts at will for 44k, that's a 2nd level spell. Based on that, you can give it any other 2nd level spell at will for the same price. Give it Swift Fly (SC) at will, and as an intelligent item it gets actions every round as though it's a creature and can activate its own abilities. So it can activate its own Swift Fly on itself and fly back to you with a move action, or it can pull you off the ground just like Thor does with Mjölnir.

Just put a lesser crystal of return (MIC p 65) on it - the weapon needs to be at least +1 for this to work.
